Μπύρα, που πίνεται φρέσκια, παράγεται ήδη από τη νεοσύστατη “Ζυθοποιία Σαντορίνης ΑΕ”. Η μπύρα παρασκευάζεται από απλά φυσικά υλικά -νερό, βύνη κριθαριού, λυκίσκο, μαγιά- και υπάρχει σε δύο είδη, ξανθιά και κόκκινη με ετικέτες yellow donkey και red donkey αντίστοιχα. Μια ποικιλία από πειραματικούς ζύθους είναι διαθέσιμη για τους πιο περιπετειώδεις ουρανίσκους με ετικέτα crazy donkey. Η ζυθοποιία βρίσκεται στο δρόμο για το Καμάρι στην περιοχή της Μέσα Γωνιάς και έχει επιλέξει για λογότυπο ένα γαιδουράκι. Μέτοχοι της εταιρείας είναι η Μάιντα Άντερσον και ο Γιάννης Παρασκευόπουλος. Την ευθύνη της παραγωγής έχει ο Boban Krunic. Από την πρώτη δοκιμή, στη διάρκεια της εκδήλωσης που οργάνωσε το εστιατόριο Σελήνη, οι εντυπώσεις ήταν εξαιρετικές.
