Με τη νέα “Δήλωση Σκοπού Εταιρείας (Statement on the Purpose of a Corporation)”, που έδωσε στη δημοσιότητα το “Business Roundtable”, 181 επικεφαλής επιχειρήσεων, όπως της Αpple, της Amazon, της Johnson & Johnson, της General Motors και της JPMorgan Chase, δεσμεύονται να διευθύνουν της επιχειρήσεις τους προς όφελος όλων των ενδιαφερομένων μερών – πελατών, υπαλλήλων, προμηθευτών, κοινωνιών και μετόχων.

Statement on the Purpose of a Corporation
